KATIEBLEU Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us at KATIEBLEU Collection. We do hope you love your purchase. However, if something is not quite right we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

All orders outside of the UK and Ireland we allow 14 days full refund or exchange upon receipt.

On returning a product, there will be a charge of 2.2% of the initial amount to cover the cost of fees issued by Shopify. 

We reserve the right to not offer full refund if goods are received outside of this time frame without prior agreement.

Items must be in the original condition and not altered in any way with all original tags in place and its original packaging. We may refuse the authorisation code if this is the case.

We do not offer free returns. We do not accept any responsibility for returned items lost in transit so it is your responsibility to track postage to our warehouse.

We may offer a return on delivery, in the case your item is received faulty however we may ask for proof of this.

It can take up to 14 days for refunds to be cleared in your bank. This is not the fault of KatieBleu and takes into account delays with certain card providers.

We want to make this returns policy simple and easy for you so we have listed the steps below for your convenience.

  • Email sales@rock-lighting.com before you send the item back to us. Please state your name (person who completed the order), order number and reason for return.
  • Upon receipt of this email we will send you a returns authorisation code. Please note that we may ask for proof of damage if caused by transit for our couriers records, such as clear images.
  • Once we have issued you with a returns authorisation code, please include this with your item in the box and post it back to us.

  • Once we have received your item and verified it is the same item we will refund the order value, less the original shipping to the original purchasing card.

We pride ourselves in fast, efficient delivery and therefore if you wish to cancel your order it needs to be received in less than 2 hours due to courier arrangement costs.
