Placing an order is an intent to buy and will be confirmed via email subject to availability and price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and you will be notified of any back orders or delays. Reliance on couriers results in dispatch times being out of our control and therefore we can only give indicative delivery times.

You must be the owner or have permission from the owner of the credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us to purchase items. You must also have sufficient funds in the bank to cover the transaction. This is not our responsibility to verify. We have the right to refuse orders made by customers where doubt is in case. If your order is accepted, we will confirm details via email regarding payment, delivery and customer. All prices are subject to changes and the cost of foreign goods may fluctuate.

All content on this website is the intellectual property of Rock Lighting and all rights are reserved by the Company. In such cases where images or content is used you must give credit to the Company, state the source and this must be for your own personal use.

We endeavour to keep this website up to date and all information correct however there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to amend these up to and including your order. However, all confirmation correspondence will be subject to these guarantees.

If you require/ wish to link our website or use our images we ask that you request this in writing. We require this to be legal and not causing damage to our company or reputation. We may issue you with brand guideline should you wish to do this. 

We do not pass any details of our customers or subscribers onto any third party organisations. We may use your details for marketing purposes by way of our monthly newsletter however you will be given the right to unsubscribe to this at any time.

Our store is hosted on Shopify and this is where all information is held. We are bound by their security and privacy policy and do not break any of their rules.

We may offer discount codes from time to time and this is subject to our own regulations at the time however by way of a rule. These will be one promotional discount per transaction and only made directly through our website.

We pride ourselves in customer service however should you feel the need to complain, we ask you to do so through email in the first instance. Stating your complaint, your name, number, and an order number should it be applicable.
